We are all-inclusive and fully furnished. The only additional fee would be incontinence program which is $400.00 per month for supplies.

The community fee at Aravilla Sarasota is a one-time fee of $ 2,500.00

Your loved one will also be paired with a Personalized concierge on move -in day, a caring person who provides one-on-one attention to help your loved one settle in with comfort and confidence. Whether it’s arranging a favorite snack, coordinating family visits, or providing emotional reassurance, your concierge ensures your loved ones’ first day feels, personal, supported and welcoming. We’re here to make the transition smooth, positive, and tailored to your family’s unique needs – Because memory care should feel like a new beginning, not a disruption.

The process can take place in a matter of days! Once we do our in-person assessment, obtain the 1823 and medication list from their primary care physician and get approval from our executive director and director of nursing.  We just pick a day! We are also available to do emergency move ins in the matter of 1 day as long as all documents are in order.
