HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!
One of our activity assistants, Frank has quite the talent when it comes to playing the drums. In his free time he will bring in his drums and accompany some of our entertainers. The residents love hearing him play and enjoy seeing the joy on his face as he has his drum solos.
Big Waters Land Trust will be coming to Aravilla Sarasota on Thursday, July 3rd at 1pm to give a presentation on how they continue to protect the land and waters in Southwest Florida. To date they have protected over 20,000 acres across 63 properties. Our residents cannot wait to hear them speak.
Addie is someone that did not want to go big for the biggest birthday of the century. But here at Aravilla Sarasota we celebrated for 3 days straight for her 100th birthday. Addie keeps an active lifestyle when it comes to word and trivia games now adays. We love you Addie and hope it was the best time for you!
Senior Residents Love Our Excursions
Hop on the Bus with us! Every Thursday Aravilla residents go out to eat to different restaurants for lunch. We love using our taste palette with the satisfying food menus we see. If you have suggestions of restaurants we should try, don’t hesitate to let us know. Last month we ventured to Mad Fish and Max’s Table, just to name a few.
